Service Description
Package Includes: 2 Hours in our Main Space with UV lighting. 1 Dozen of your choice: Custom Cookies OR Cupcakes OR Nothing Bundt Cake Bundtini's *Additional dozen can be added at cost to accommodate total attendees. 4 - 6' Tables with Chairs Bottled Water Napkins All project prep and supplies based on your entertainment selection. Set up (Our parties are walk in ready) Clean up Additional Time @ $50 per Hour (Must be selected at the time of booking to guarantee availability.) We do allow outside food and beverage. If the additional food requires plates, forks or cups you must provide them, we do not stock these items. TFR is BYOB insured so adult beverages are welcome but the host is responsible for all guests and their actions. To offer full customization for your party, entertainment prices are in addition to the reservation rate listed and based on actual attendance/participation. **You must choose a TFR entertainment option for your party. We do not allow outside projects or instruction for our events. Glow Crazy Paint - Note Safety Guidelines - 8 painters MAX per 1 hour session. $20 per painter Guided or Pre-Drawn Canvases with UV Paints - Max of 16 painters @ $25 per painter. THANK YOU!
Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required when cancelling a reservation to receive a refund of your deposit. 4 hour notice is required to reschedule your reservation transferring your deposit to a new date and/or time. If sufficient notice is not provided, a refund will not be issued. Cancellation policy does not apply to private or special events.
