Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule Family Time appointments to receive credit for or transfer your deposit to a new time. 5 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your Paint Room booking to receive credit for or transfer your deposit to a new time. If sufficient notice is not provided, your deposit will not be refunded due to loss of booking for that appointment time.
