Service Description
Package Includes: 2 Hours Custom Painted Birthday Sign 6 Painters: Children or Adults *We can accommodate up to 18 in this package for an additional fee. 1 Custom Design 6 canvas and paint kits 1 Dozen of your choice: Custom Cookies OR Cupcakes OR Nothing Bundt Cake Bundtini's *Additional dozen can be added at cost to accommodate your total attendees. (4) 6' Tables with chairs. Decorations (Paint Theme) Treat Bags Bottled Water Napkins POTENTIAL CHARGES $25 Split Party Fee - We welcome shared parties but there is additional time and prep involved for a second guest of honor. Additional Painters @ $30 Each $35 design fee - If an additional canvas design is requested. Additional Time @ $50 per Hour (Must be selected at the time of booking to guarantee availability.) Additional time is not a requirement for this package. NOTE: If you choose to offer guests more than 1 canvas design the party will be "Semi-Guided". This means your guests will work at their own pace and a TFR staff member will be available for support. We are unable to offer a full guided party for more than 1 design. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW We allow/encourage outside food and beverage. If the additional food requires plates, cups or utensils you must provide them, we do not stock these items. We make our parties walk in ready so early access is not required. Please DO NOT show up more than 10 min prior to your party time. We will likely be cleaning and resetting from prior sessions. If you would like custom decorations or have additional items you wish to include in our treat bags, we need them dropped off to our studio by the Thursday prior to your event. We will include them in our prep/setup to maintain a walk in ready experience. WE LOOK FORWARD TO CELEBRATING WITH YOU!
Cancellation Policy
Party Cancellation Policy RETAINER: A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. This amount is applied to your total balance. CANCELLATION: In the event you must cancel, the retainer is non-refundable. RESCHEDULING: You may transfer your party to a new date without penalty if the change is made at least 7 days prior to the original party date. This is a one time option and subject to availability. NO SHOWS/SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS: The full amount of the estimated party will be charged to you. It is always best to call us to discuss your options. SEVERE WEATHER/FORCE MAJURE: In the event of severe weather (e.g., blizzards, hurricanes) or an emergency, we will work with you to reschedule your party at no additional cost. This decision should be made at least 24 hours in advance when predictions of severe weather are made.
